"The downspout on our front gutters got hopelessly blocked, and every time it rained my flower bed got pummeled by the overflowing gutter. Aside from the blockage the gutters were in tough shape, so we decided to replace the gutters entirely.

Klaus' installation team was the most professional contracting outfit I've ever seen. Their communication was fantastic, everyone was dressed in sharp company uniforms, and the work trucks had clean logos and looked super well maintained. It might seem superficial to care about that, but I've had contractors show up to my door in their personal vehicle, wearing street clothes, their work estimate consisted of some numbers on scratch paper, and the whole exchange just felt sketchy. Having Klaus's crew working on my property was an absolute 5 star experience. I can't imagine how a team could be any better.
