Job review from Bill in Coventry, CT 06238 on 12/07/16

The Ecuadorian guys were hard working and nice. However when I got home I didn't get a chance to see the project manager, and I found out messages about how to do vents/fan were not passed along to the crew. Manager had trouble talking with the crew. However he was helpful to me over the phone, but then was unable to follow up--he was going to come back the next day and we waited over an hour before calling to find out he couldn't come. Despite this the manager changed and this time (though scheduling with long distances between locations caused significant delays in making it to our house). It all worked out and it was a job well done!!

a few debris left, and a crack in the siding, but i think they did the best possible job in the circumstances
