Mike Feinberg was very informative and knew his products and services. We wanted a shingle upgrade and special attention paid with the ice/water dam where the roof met the second floor sidewall. Mike incorporated that into his proposal and was sure we had all our concerns answerd.

Jonathan Schultz and his crew did a very professional installation. We had to reschedule a couple times due to inclement weather but they had no problem being flexible with schedule. The first ladder went up at 7am and at 4:30 the last crew left. This included having to clean a couple inches of snow from the roof. They also removed and replaced vinyl siding where the lower roof intersected the sidewall of second story. The crew knew there job and how to perform it efficiently with no wasted time.

I have found a few stray nails as the snow melted a piece of old trim found it's way down the ductwork to our stove vent. I took care of that with no problem.
