There aren't a lot of sales people like Lorenzo. His natural demeanor and thorough understanding of customer needs and concerns is reassuring. His knowledge and ability to explain the process to a layperson inspired confidence and peace-of-mind. Additionally, he was available every time I had a question, needed something explained, or worked through the complicated nature of our job. RJ, Reuben and the team were fantastic. I still am in awe of how much they were able to accomplish in one day, the quality of their work, and their professionalism throughout the day. RJ, our Project Manager, was everything a customer hopes for: He walked me through the entire process, answered every question I had, addressed any concerns I had and managed a large crew over a long day to deliver a flawlessly completed roof. I can's fully express how happy we are.
