What made you choose our company:

I have a Solatube skylight which needed repair. After contacting a few roofing companies who were merely interested in replacing the skylight, one of my neighbors who had a skylight recently installed by KlausLarsen Roofing, recommended that I reach out to them. From the initial contact with Lynn, who was very attentive to my service request, and a prompt appointment set up with a KlausLarsen representative within a few days, I was already impressed with their customer service. Tony Stafford contacted me to get additional details regarding the skylight problem. He arrived promptly, was very personable and a true professional. His attention to detail, determination and ability to create a viable solution to an existing installation from another installer was astounding. Tony’s positive attitude was encouraging from the start. Within the first 15 minute inspection, he optimistically stated he could repair the problem. Before beginning the work, Tony shared photos of the extension tube which had become detached from the roof dome. Since the work to be done was primarily in the attic, customers generally wouldn’t have any idea as to the extent of work to be done so the photos were helpful in understanding the needed repair. Although a bit of a challenge due to the height of the roof, Tony’s solution was well thought out, done to perfection and timely. He was thorough, neat and quite the perfectionist. I am so grateful to KlausLarsen Roofing for sending out such a talented young man. Tony’s positive attitude toward this unique situation was encouraging, especially after hearing other companies would only replace, not repair. As someone who worked in management for many years, it was a pleasure to meet an employee with such passion and dedication to his profession along with his great customer service skills. After completion of the job, Tony expressed high regard for KlausLarsen as a company in which to be employed. He is a genuine gift to the company and to the customers of whom they serve. Mr Larsen, I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and positivity exhibited by Tony, your service representative. He goes ‘above and beyond’, a rare thing today.
