One thing I liked about Klaus, compared to others, was that his price included all materials and repairs which might need to be made. Other contractors would charge extra if they discovered damage to sub-roof.
Very responsive; answered all questions promptly.
Worked very quickly but thoroughly.
Quick and spotless. Have yet to find a single nail that they missed.
What made you choose our company:
I had 4 contractors come to the house for estimates. Klaus was the only one to notice that we had some sagging spots from likely water damage. He thought one day for the job, but ended up replacing 16 8' by 4' sub-roof panels and sistering some of the trusses before he could even start installing the new roof. Even with all that, he finished in less that two days and the cleanup was spotless.
