It was clear he's knowledgeable about roofing, and when I called with half a dozen follow up questions he was prepared to answer those as well, referring to supplier recommended practices where necessary. The entire job from stripping, repair, reroof (including ventilation system) took less than two days. The area was left spotlessly clean.
