What happens during my roof inspection & free estimate?

One of our certified roofing consultants will arrive at your home on the day of the scheduled free estimate. They will give you a heads-up about 30 minutes prior to the appointment to let you know they're on the way.

During the consultation, we will provide a quick and detailed full roof inspection inside and out. Pictures will be taken during the inspection to help you identify areas of concern if there are any.

Once the inspection is complete and we have identified any areas of concern, we give a real proposal with options to choose from depending on your preference and specific needs. We are here to help you- not bore you with a sales pitch.

Our free estimate process

• Step 1: Our in-house Appointment Center team will help to set up a consultation based on your availability. We even offer weekend and evening appointments for your convenience.
• Step 2: When preparing for a roof estimate, our Appointment Center will order detailed satellite imagery, free of charge, of your home with all the measurements that are needed.
• Step 3: We develop a plan based on your roof measurements while also considering to unique roof shapes, gutter problems, or any other special concerns. This allows our roofing consultant to problem-solve for your visit.
• Step 4: One of our Roof Consultants will call prior to the consultation to introduce themselves and confirm the date and time.

If you choose to work with us after your inspection and free estimate, we will secure any permits and necessary materials. The next step is for you to choose an installation date so we can officially put a Klaus on your House. There are many perks to choosing Klaus Larsen for your roofing project:

We show up on time

We will give you a specific time and date when we will arrive to do the work, and you can be sure that we will be punctual. If anything happens to delay our arrival you will be notified immediately.

We protect your property

We use tarps and screens to ensure that falling debris is controlled and able to be thoroughly cleaned up. We will protect your landscaping and plants with tarps secured to the roof line, and with ground covers. We will even use overturned buckets to shield smaller plants from damage.

We run a professional crew

Our crew will wear shirts at all times, and there will not be any loud music playing. We will also bring a portable toilet for use by the crew. You can expect to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times by everyone associated with our company.

We carry all appropriate insurance

We make sure to protect our customers by carrying General Liability insurance. In the very unlikely event that anything is damaged during the course of installation, it will be professionally repaired. Furthermore, our crew is covered by Workers Compensation insurance. This is a very expensive form of insurance that, although it is required by state law, many of our lower priced competitors do not carry. As a result, if any of their employees are injured on your property, they can file a claim against your homeowner’s insurance policy. You are protected when you choose Klaus Larsen LLC.

We clean up!

We will thoroughly clean your property of all job related debris with our company trailer, which means you won’t have a heavy dumpster taking up parking space or potentially damaging the surface of your driveway or lawn.

Our No-Nail Pledge

We are so confident and thorough in our cleanup that we offer a no-nail pledge. At the end of the job, we meticulously collect all nails with powerful magnetic sweepers. If you find any nails on your propety once cleanup is complete, our Customer Care Representative will buy them back from you for the price of $1.00 each. That's a guarantee we put in writing.

You will be totally satisfied

Our Customer Care Representative will do a walk through with you at the completion of the job and ensure that you are totally satisfied with the project before collecting the final payment. Even after final payment is received and the job is done, we are always available for any questions or concerns that may arise. We pride ourselves on service after the sale.
