Roof Replacement with Vent Installation in Morris, CT

This home was located on sprawling Bantam Lake in Morris, CT. The scope of this project included aluminum seamless gutters and Owens Corning Duration Driftwood shingles capping off a fully vented roofing system. We used Owens Corning ProArmorShield synthetic underlayment to protect the deck, and flashed the chimney with copper. Per the homeowners request, we installed a NuTone bath-vent with flappers and a Lomanco ridge vent.
