This multi-family home in Waterbury, CT was built in 1912 and is now in need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off 2 layers of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed the Duration TruDefinition Shingle in the color Desert Tan. Lastly, we installed a Ridge Vent to provide attic ventilation.
