Roof Replacement in Burlington, CT
Challenge
This single-family home in Burlington, CT was experiencing problems with their roof. The weathered, deteriorated roof was more than 20 years old & was giving issues to the homeowners. To make the situation worse, they had experienced 2 leaks which led them to reach out to Klaus Larsen Roofing to give their expert advice. Upon further examination, the sales representative, Kevin, suggested it was time for their roof to be replaced.
Solution
To permanently fix their issues, we completely tore off and replaced all damaged roofing materials, including the plywood decking. We then added 3 rows of ice & water barrier, to better protect against water damage. In terms of shingles, we installed Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles in the color Driftwood. Lastly, we installed an Owens Corning VentSure ridge Vent, which comes with a weather protector moisture barrier. This house is now safe, secure & leak-free thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
