Roof Replacement in Ashford, CT
Challenge
This single-family home in Ashford, CT was due for a new roof after receiving new homeowners who were not happy with the current quality. The new owners noticed missing and damaged shingles from strong winds that were lifting off the roof. With being the new owners, they were unsure of how old the roof was and decided to reach out to Klaus Larsen Roofing to help them with their needs.
Solution
We started off by removing the existing roofing materials and replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking underneath. After installing Stormtite Synthetic Underlayment for additional protection we added Dynasty Iko shingles in shade Brownstone. The Dynasty shingles are specially engineered to resist high winds. These customers can now enjoy their new home knowing they have a high quality new roof.
