Roof Replacement Photo Album: Leaking Roof and Replacement Solution in Marlborough, CT

Here was a fairly large ranch home in Marlborough, CT which was experiencing some heavy leaking around the skylights. We removed and replaced 44 squares of shingles, as well as all plywood decking which had rotted from moisture penetration. All old asphalt shingles were recycled, and any other construction materials were removed and disposed of. The new shingles are Brownwood, from Owens Corning, which have a patented SureNail technology. The skylights were renewed with the addition of a Velux Skylight Flashing kit, to keep all seams perfectly sealed.
