Roof Replacement Photo Album: Roofing Shingles in Willimantic, CT

This 2-Family House in Willimantic had a 30-year-old roof and no plywood. Instead it had old furring strips that are used with Cedar roofs. We installed all new 1/2" plywood and Desert Tan Duration shingles. Call to get your cedar shingles replaced within the same day!

After the roof was torn off, there was no plywood to be found. Since there was only furring strips, we installed a new deck on top of the old one.

Now the new 1/2" CDX plywood was installed on top of the furring strips.

After the plywood comes the Ice & Water barrier along with Sythetic underlayment.
