This home in Suffield needed a new roof and skylights. The wanted a roof that would fix the leaking and new skylights that were automatic, but wouldn't let the rain in. We installed the Owens Corning Duration shingle which gave the owners a full 50-year warranty from Owens Corning. Color: SkylgihtsOnyx Black. For the Skylights, we installed Velux Skylights that have a motor which opens and closes the skylights automatically. It also has sensors that will shut the skylights if it starts to rain.
