Roof Replacement Photo Album: Roof Replacement in Vernon, CT
This home in Vernon had a 30-year-old roof. The owner chose Klaus Larsen to replace the roof since we had done their neighbors roof 2 years before. We removed the old 3-tab shingles in the morning and began installing the new Onyx Black Duration shingles. Before the day ended, the new roof was complete and the yard clean of debris.
Roofing Inspection
Old shingles are torn off and old plywood is inspected for damage.
Underlayment
We installed nine feet of Ice & Water barrier. This picture is showing the crew installing the Synthetic Underlayment over the remaining exposed plywood.
