Another step in the process is sealing all of the plywood seams with roof tape. It provides extra protection and is code in Connecticut.
Rolled EPDM
These homeowners had a flatter portion on their roof, which we covered with EPDM rolled roofing. It's the closest to doing flat roofs that we come!
