Before Roof Replacement
This photo shows the 20 year old outhouse's roof in its original state. While the snow on the roof may make it hard to see from the outside, a closer look inside reveals mold growth and damage to the plywood ceiling, highlighting the need for a roof replacement!
Stripping The Old Shingles
The crew is at work removing the old shingles and preparing to inspect the plywood decking for any more damaged boards.
Removing Damaged Plywood
At this point, the decking is exposed with the original damaged plywood boards removed. The crew is getting ready to install new boards as well as begin the underlayment process!
Applying Underlayment Protection
On this roof there is now the Sealoron XT Deck Tape, the Sealoron XT Ice and Water as well as the Velora One Roof Underlayment. These three seals work together to ensure your roof stays leak free and protected.
Securing IKO Shingles
At this point the IKO Architectural shingles in the color Frostone Grey are being applied, and this outhouse is about to be done!
The Finished Look
The new shingles completely transform the look of this outhouse while providing durable protection for the valuables stored inside. The Klaus Roofing Way!
