The original shingles on the home were 3-tab shingles. 3-tab shingles are flat asphalt shingles that have a brick wall pattern on them. 3-tab shingles are very common but they only last around 20 years. The shingles we installed were Owens Corning Architectural shingles. When Klaus Larsen installs an Owens Corning roof on your home, it comes with a full 50-year warranty. How is that possible? This was a comprehensive job we worked on at the Brookside Condos, in South Windsor, CT.
