Klaus Larsen LLC Before & After Photos

This attractive lake house was built in 1991 and in desperate need of a roof replacement. Klaus Larsen Roofing started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing all damaged plywood decking. We then installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles we chose Cambridge Architectural Shingles, in the color Charcoal Grey. Lastly, we installed a brand new Ridge Vent to keep consistent attic ventilation. This lake home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Built in 1970, this single-family home was in need of a partial roof replacement and new skylights. We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, as well as replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles, we installed GAF Timberline Weathered Wood Shingles. Next, we removed siding on 2 dormers and replaced it with new flashing and cedar shakes. Lastly, we installed new Velux FS Skylights. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This single-family home in Columbia, CT was in need of a new roof and gutter guards. This single-family home in Columbia, Connecticut was in need of a roof and skylight replacement. This unique cape-style home located in Columbia, CT was in need of a roof replacement as it was showing signs of aging and wear. We took on this project by first tearing off the first layer of existing roofing material. Upon inspection of the roof decking, we found 3 damaged plywood decking sheets and replaced them promptly. We then installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment to protect the home from the elements. For the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Dual Black colorway. We finished this job by installing a new ridge vent to provide ventilation to the attic as well as replacing the flashing on the chimneys.
