In Pomfret Center, CT, we recently completed a roof replacement for an outbuilding with a roof that had exceeded 20 years of age. Over the years, wear and tear had taken its toll, leaving the structure vulnerable to leaks and weather damage. Our team installed durable IKO shingles, paired with high-performance materials like Velora One Roof Underlayment and Sealoron XT Ice & Water Shield, to ensure long-lasting protection. This upgraded roofing system not only enhances the outbuilding’s durability but also boosts its appearance. This house in Woodstock CT was in need of a new roof. To start the process we tore off and disposed of one layer of existing roofing material, and replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We installed 2 rows of ice & water near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed IKO Cambridge Shingles in the color Dual Brown. We installed a brand new ridge vent to ensure consistent attic ventilation. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

The roof on this lovely colonial home in North Woodstock, CT had seen better days and was in need of a roof replacement. We took on this project and began by tearing away and disposing of one layer of existing roofing material. After inspecting the roof decking for damage, we found 3 plywood decking sheets that needed to be replaced. With the new decking sheets in position, we then layed down two layers of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the house from rain, sleet, and snow. For additional water resistance, Synthetic Underlayment was adhered to the roof's surface in the spots that were not covered by the Ice & Water Barrier. When it came to the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System, using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Harvard Slate colorway. To finish the job, we installed a ridge vent and replaced the chimney flashing as well as the vent pipe boot. This colonial home is good as new thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

A lake house in Woodstock, CT was in need of a roof replacement due to severe storm damage and algae growth throughout the roof. 

At this late 1980's Cape style home in Brooklyn, CT we completely replaced the roof on the main house as well as the attached garage. We installed three rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from any moisture. We replaced the old shingles with new Owens Corning Oakridge Shingles in the color Estate Gray. To ensure complete protection from outside elements we installed Ventsure Ridge Vents with a Weather Protector moisture barrier to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation. This home had existing skylights that we replaced with a new Velux Fresh Air Deck Mount VS Skylight.
