Jeremy Minter was the first Larsen employee I met. He was prompt and professional. He patiently explained to me exactly what the process was and answered all of my questions. He promptly returned my phone calls as well.

Jeremy had Kevin Strid come to look at my rafters as I was concerned about a sag in my roof. Jeremy and Kevin determined that some of my rafters needed reinforcement and we drew up a contract incorporating that work into the overall cost. Both Kevin and Luis Guaman were great! The installation crew was like a professional sports team. Each one knew his role and performed it well. I couldn't believe they did it all in a day!

The team was thorough. The next day, it was like they'd never been there. They took great care not to damage landscaping and lawn furniture and did a fabulous job of lawn cleanup too!
