The job was completed the same day as promised. The workmanship was excellent and the roof looks terrific.
It was easy to set up an appointment when it was convenient for me.
We got quotes from several companies. Kevin Strid was the only salesperson who actually went onto our roof and inspected it. He was very knowledgeable about roofing and I felt confident in giving the job to Klaus Larsen.
The crew was supposed to have shown up at 7:30 AM. They showed up at 7:00 AM. I took that as a good sign. They worked very hard all day. Only taking a short break for lunch. I was very much impressed with their work ethic and their professional skill in doing the job.
The crew did an excellent job in cleanup. There was absolutely no debris left behind.

I saw a roof that you had installed in our neighborhood and had witnessed your roofing crew at work. The completed job looked terrific. I checked on references and comments from other customers and found that everyone had good things to say about the work done by Klaus Larsen.
