I got a quote because my roof had 2 layers on it and it was time to replace it. Klaus Larsen was the first one that came and gave an estimate. I thought Jeremy did a good job. He was quick and went through everything that the job entailed. Klaus Larsen did the roof quickly, cleaned up very well and at a pretty reasonable price.

I called because my roof was 30 years old and Klaus Larsen had done my neighbor's roof. They responded quickly to my phone call, Mike the sales rep was great, and they did a complete clean-up at the end of the job.

I thought I reviewed before, but it looks like I forgot to. Anyway, my husband & I highly recommend Klaus Larsen. During a wind & rainstorm, the gutter in the backside of our house pulled out & twisted, hanging down. We were afraid that it might hit a window if another heavy wind came about and knew that it was beyond repair. We called a few roofing companies to come out to give us estimates. The other companies either never called us back or schedule a date and time to come out but never showed up! From the moment I called Klaus Larsen Roofing, everyone was very responsive and great to work with. The sales rep called 15 minutes prior to our set appointment to say that he was on his way. The office sends you a photo of the sales rep, so you know who to expect at the door! He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions & was not high pressure at all. On the day that our gutter replacement was scheduled, there was a lot of snow on the ground, and it was only 19 degrees outside. I called the company & asked if they wanted to reschedule because it was so cold out & I didn't want the workers to freeze. I was told that they'd be fine & they would go ahead in the freezing cold and do the job as promised. They came out on time & replaced our gutters & downspout. They thoroughly cleaned up everything. Great company & great job! Pricing was good too. Not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for. I highly recommend them!

They were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional. They know their product and stand behind their work. If I could have them do everything in my house, I would do it. They are really good. Excellent company! They helped me deal with my insurance company which is above and beyond what any roofing company would do.
