Here is our crew on a house in Quaker Hill. We have a tried and true staff, who are as efficient as they are courteous.
This home in Quaker Hill had tongue and groove boards underneath 3-tab shingles. Then entire roof was replaced with Owens Corning Architectural shingles in the color Teak1
This homeowner in Quaker Hill, CT reached out to us to replace his roof with a full Klaus Larsen Roofing System! We first replaced any damaged plywood decking and laid down our Klaus Larsen Roofing SealoronXT Ice & Water self-sealing membrane to create a moisture barrier between the decking and the shingles. For even more protection, we installed our own Velora One Underlayment, a high performance synthetic underlayment designed to protect the home in even the most severe weather. We also took the extra step to protect the home by taping the the plywood steams with our all-weather SealoronXT Deck Tape—it's the Klaus Roofing Way! To top it off, for new asphalt shingles, we installed IKO Dynasty Architectural Shingles featuring a 1-1/4" nailing area made with a tough reinforcing woven band for incredible nail-holding power to protect the home against Mother Nature's fury. The homeowner chose the shingle color Granite Black for their new roof.
We also replaced the skylight with a brand new Velux skylight with Laminated, low-E, "Clean, Safe, Quiet" glass with a Velux factory flashing kit. It's ideal to install brand new skylights at the same time as a new roof install as it's very difficult to re-flash an existing skylight.
This homeowner also wanted to replace his gutters with our seamless gutter system and RainDrop Gutter Guard. Our Seamless gutters offer superior protection for your home than traditional sectional gutters. And with the added RainDrop Pro Gutter Guard made a great combination for gutter clogging and leaking problems, all provided and installed by Klaus Larsen Roofing!
Patt, owner of this beautiful building in Quaker Hill, CT, part of the Officers Christian Fellowship of the USA, reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing looking for a roof that could offer exceptional durability at an affordable price. The original roof, installed in 1993, had no current leaks, but Patt wanted a long-term solution. After consulting with our Sales Inspector about our industry-leading products and commitment to quality, Patt was ready to move forward. The process began with our crew carefully removing the old shingles, revealing the wooden decking underneath. This allowed us to inspect and replace any damaged or rotted boards, ensuring a solid foundation. Next, we installed the protective layers: SealoronXT Ice & Water and DeckTape, followed by VeloraOne Roof Underlayment. Together, these layers create a powerful barrier to keep leaks out and protect against moisture.
Finally, we applied IKO Dynasty shingles, which offer a 130MPH wind warranty and algae resistance for a long-lasting, pristine look. Patt’s building now has a stunning, durable roof, all backed by the Klaus Roofing Promise, a 50-year long warranty. Put a Klaus on Your House!
On this home in South Windham, CT there were two layers on the main section, in addition to an attached office area and garage. Multiple layers of failing materials can easily cause severe leaking. We removed and recycled all of the old shingles, and replaced any plywood that had been damaged by moisture. An Owens Corning Roofing System, in Brownwood, was installed as a full replacement. This came fully equipped with a VentSure ridge vent, new lead chimney flashing, a Velux solar-powered fresh air skylight and a Velux flex pitched sun tunnel. The new roof looks outstanding, and is protected by a Full 50 Year Warranty, so you know it will stay as attractive as it is functional.
