Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This house in Chaplin needed a ridge vent and a new roofing system for the gabled roof (on the right). The Dutch colonial roof was in better shape and only needed the upper roof, chimney flashing, and vent boot replaced. All of this was done in the Winter and the shingles are in excellent condition. This homeowner in Chaplin, CT reached out to us because their asphalt shingles were worn and old on their 24-year-old roof. They noticed one of our Sales Inspector's van in the area and reached out about a free estimate and inspection. After a meeting and thorough inspection with our Sales Inspector, they chose us to replace their roof with our full Klaus Roofing System. The homeowner chose the color Summit Grey for the color of their IKO Dynasty Architectural shingles. 

Nature can only be kept at bay for so long. On this Gales Ferry project, the roof was being smothered by lichen and moss. Aside from being unsightly, moss retains moisture and will hasten the damage done by frost in the winter months. Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Tan shingles were used to restore this roof, and give it a healthy new glow.   

This unique roof with a gazebo needed to be replaced so we installed a full Klaus Larsen Roofing System. The homeowner chose IKO Dynasty Shingles in the color Emerald Green.

At this 1750's colonial style home located in Scotland, CT we completely tore off the existing roof and installed a new Owens Corning roofing system. After we stripped the existing shingles and hauled them to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. To protect the interior of the home from moisture, we installed Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water shield. For shingles, we used Owens Corning Duration Shingles in the color Estate Gray. To finish this roof off, we removed and replaced all of the lead chimney flashing to ensure that no water can come through the chimney to the interior of the home. This roof comes with a 50-year warranty so the homeowner can go through the rainy months ahead, worry free!
