Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This homeowner was in need of a new roof on their garage after experiencing leaks. After tearing off the existing layer of roofing materials, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then installed two rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, and intersections of the garage. We also sealed all joints on the roof deck with flashing tape, in accordance with the new building codes. We installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Weatherwood. This home was located on sprawling Bantam Lake in Morris, CT. The scope of this project included aluminum seamless gutters and Owens Corning Duration Driftwood shingles capping off a fully vented roofing system. We used Owens Corning ProArmorShield synthetic underlayment to protect the deck, and flashed the chimney with copper. Per the homeowners request, we installed a NuTone bath-vent with flappers and a Lomanco ridge vent.
