This family in Portland, Connecticut was in need of a new roof on both their home and their shed. After tearing off and disposing of two layers of existing roofing materials, we replaced all sheets of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we were sure to seal all roof deck joints with flashing tape and install 2 rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Brown. After installing a ridge vent to keep consistent attic ventilation, we finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
This single-family home in Portland, CT was in need of a new roof and new gutters. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we removed and replaced 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then patched the damaged plywood in the attic for further structural stability. In accordance with the new building codes, we were sure to seal all roof joints with flashing tape. In terms of gutters, we installed 5" heavy duty Aluminum Seamless Gutters by Englert. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing roofing vent pipe boots with brand new Perma-Boots int he color Black. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We started by removing one layer of existing roofing material and replacing 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys, and skylights. In terms of shingles, we installed Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. Lastly, we installed 2 brand new Velux Skylights.
