Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home in Glastonbury, CT was built in 1969 and was in need of a roof replacement and new gutter guards. To start the process, we removed & replaced two layers of existing roofing material and five layers of damaged plywood decking. Next we installed three rows of Ice & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys, etc. For shingles, we installed  the color Slatestone Gray. These shingles included a 10 year Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Warranty. Lastly, we installed brand new 5-foot MicroGuard Gutter Guards by Englert. This attractive home is now complete with its new Klaus Larsen roof installment!

This duplex in Glastonbury was on the market and the owner was in the process of selling it. The roof, however, had 3-tab shingles that were old and had been patched with tar several times already.
