A home in Centerbook, CT was in need of a roof repair due to a leaking skylight. The crew replaced the skylight and repaired the shingles around it.

During construction, the multi-gabled structure had several edges that needed to be properly accounted for with flashing. This 1970's ranch-style home located in Marlborough, CT was in need of a new roof replacement. This home was equipped with old single tabbed shingles, which don't last as long as new architectural style shingles. We stripped the existing roof and laid down new plywood decking to support the structure of the home. This home needed a new bathroom exhaust vent hood with a built-in damper which includes a new flex duct from the fan to the hood.
