This single family home built in 1963 had potential leaking and was in desperate need of a roof replacement. To start, Klaus Larsen Roofing tore off one layer of existing roofing material and replaced 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc., as well as installing a synthetic underlayment on all decking where there was no water & ice barrier, for extra security. For shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. Lastly, removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This home is now safe and secure, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Gutter job we installed for a lovely couple in Oakdale. You can see the old gutters were no longer holding up their end and needed to be replaced. The new gutters installed have a slight height difference to get the water from sitting, to going down the downspouts.
