This single-family home in Avon, CT was in need of a new roof. We started the job by tearing off and replacing two layers of existing roofing material including 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed the Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Weatherwood. We then removed and replaced the chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing on both the house and the garage. We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe boots and replacing them with brand new Perma-Boots in the color black.

This Cape style home located in Meriden, CT was having issues with their roof that was leaking. Because this roof was leaking, it had ample damage to the plywood decking which is the base structure of the roof. We completely tore off the decking and replaced it with brand new plywood.
