This large colonial style home in Griswold, CT was in need of a new roof and new gutter system. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with two rows of ice & water barrier. For new shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. For the new gutters, we installed 5" heavy duty Aluminum Seamless gutters by Englert. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

To finish the job we replaced the vent pipe boot and installed a ridge vent to provide the attic with ventilation. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
