This single family home in West Hartford, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 2 damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with premium Ice & Water Barrier to protect the home from outside elements. For the asphalt shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectual Shingles. We finished this job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chamney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This original three-tab shingled roof home needed a new roof with updated shingles and added attic ventilation.
