This single family home in West Hartford, CT was in need of a new roof and a new skylight. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with two rows of ice & water barrier to protect the home form outside moisture.
