Our Overall Service
Roof job was good, left many nails (32) on lawn.
Framing of sky light had to be redone due to terrible workmanship. Total 5 days off work had to be taken (lost income) for job to be completed correctly. Worker fell through ceiling, rework guy was at least 1 hour late all 3 days he was here. This rating is generous.
Call Representative
Some phone messages left went unanswered. Other than that OK.
Sales Process
Good but failed to recognize skylight had to be custom ordered even after being told so and re-measuring. Cost us 3 days of lost income as it had to be installed later.
Our Installation Crew
Very good and professional.
The Cleanup Process
Cleanup could have been better as 33 nails were left behind, 30 consecutive ones which our landscaper found. Thankfully his mower wasn't damaged.
