We first took care of one layer of old shingles, and replaced them with OC True Def Duration Estate Gray shingles. As leaking was centralized around the skylight, we also added a new Velux skylight with fresh air deck mounts. Along with the shingles, Klaus Larsen incorporated one VentSure ridge vent. The Klaus Larsen team set out to Milldale to complete a roof replacement in Milldale, CT. After tearing up the old plywood decking, new decking was installed.
