This single-family home was in need of a roof replacement. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing material and replaced 10 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We also installed a synthetic underlayment to repel water. The shingles installed are onxy black. Lastly, we finished the job by replacing the fascia trim with new Kleer composite trim boards. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This 2 Family home in Bristol had three layers of asphalt shingles on the roof. Underneath the asphalt was the original roof of Wood Cedar roofing. There was no plywood decking, so our crew installed a new deck over the original structure. Afterward, they installed new underlayment and Owens Corning Oakridge shingles. (Color: Estate Gray).
