Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home was in need of a roof replacement. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing material and replaced 10 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We also installed a synthetic underlayment to repel water. The shingles installed are onxy black. Lastly, we finished the job by replacing the fascia trim with new Kleer composite trim boards. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This large home with a hipped style roof had two active leaks in their house. The owners, after looking at their options, decided to have the entire roof replaced with Slatestone Gray Duration shingles.
