Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This large home with a hipped style roof had two active leaks in their house. The owners, after looking at their options, decided to have the entire roof replaced with Slatestone Gray Duration shingles. These shingles are durable and come with a full 50-year warranty and 25 years workmanship coverage through Owens Corning Platinum Contractors.

This 2 Family home in Bristol had three layers of asphalt shingles on the roof. Underneath the asphalt was the original roof of Wood Cedar roofing. There was no plywood decking, so our crew installed a new deck over the original structure. Afterward, they installed new underlayment and Owens Corning Oakridge shingles. (Color: Estate Gray).

This ranch style home located in Southington, CT just got a complete roof makeover! To start, we stripped the existing roofing materials and replaced any damaged plywood decking. We then laid down  Ice & Water Shield and ProArmour Synthetic Underlayment to adhere to the roofing surface and repel any outside moisture. For shingles, we installed architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. To top it off we put in Ventsure Ridge Vents to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation which is pertinent to keep mold out of the attic. 

This raised ranch located in Southington, CT was in need of a roof replacement. Klaus Larsen Roofing started the process by tearing off two layers of existing roofing materials and replacing 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Oakridge Shingles in the color Brownwood. We finished by removing and replacing existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Located in Unionville, CT, this recently-bought home was in need of new architectural style shingles to protect the inside of the home. We installed a Total Protection Roofing System with Oakridge Shingles in the color Brownwood. To top it off, we installed a VentSure Ridge Vent to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation to the home.
