Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This home in Columbia, CT, built in 1993, had the roof replaced by Klaus Larsen. All damaged plywood decking was replaced. Three rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water was installed to prevent any moisure from entering the home. Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles, in the color Slatestone Gray, were used on the home which has a 10-year algae resistance and 130 MPH wind tolerance. The chimney flashing was removed and replaced. This home has now been protected inside and out by Klaus Larsen!

After tearing off one layer of existing shingles, the Klaus Larsen crew replaced all damaged plywood decking and began adding 3 rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield. The old trim was torn off and replaced with new Kleer PVC composite trim boards and a new pipe vent boot in the color of Black!
