The homeowners of this ranch style home in Storrs, CT reached out to Klaus Larsen because of leaking on the porch. The previous roof that was on the home was a rubber roof, which the homeowners installed in 2005. After tearing off one layer of exising material, the damaged plywood decking was installed. Three rows of Ice & Water was installed, along with a ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment, which is engineered to repel water. The old flashing was removed and replaced with lead flashing. A new exhaust vent hood with a built-in damper was installed, along with new Velux skylights. The shingle color is Quarry Gray.

This single-family home in Storrs, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced one sheet of damaged plywood decking.
