At this 1980's Cape Cod-style home located in Lebanon, CT we completely stripped and installed a new roof. Once we stripped the existing shingles, we laid down 3 new sheets of plywood decking that needed to be replaced. Then we installed Ice & Water shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. This ensures no leaking from heavy rains or even condensation. For the singles, we usedarchitectural-style asphalt shingles the color Slatestone Gray. This ranch-style home located in Lebanon, CT had a porch overhang that was having a leaking issue. When further investigated, it was found that that the entire roof needed to be replaced.
