Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This raised ranch in East Granby, CT was in need of a new roof. To start the process we removed 1 layer of existing roofing materials and replaced all damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color, Weatherwood. We finished by removing all flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We stripped the old roof off and replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking so that the new roof would have a good foundation. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Shield to ensure that the interior of the home is protected from outside moisture. For the new shingles, architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Driftwood. To protect the chimney from any leaking going forward we replaced all of the lead flashing.
