This Colonial Style home in Rocky Hill, CT was in need of a new roof.  Klaus Larsen Roofing started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We then installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Gray. Next, we removed and replaced 4 attic vents and 3 boot vents. We finished by removing and replacing the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This West Hartford, CT Colonial had three layers of deteriorated shingles that needed to be removed and replaced with a new roofing system. We always recommend starting with a fresh layer, as opposed to covering up asphalt and plywood that have been compromised by moisture.
