Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Roofing replacement done in Madison, Connecticut. An amazing job done by our hardworking team members from Klaus Larsen Roofing. This roof replacement was made to replace old shingles and we delivered! 

This was a project from 2013, that brought us to Wethersfield, Connecticut. Before this home had a Klaus Larsen roof, the day was gloomy and bleak. We installed black shingles for the new roof and sunshine came with it. Disclaimer: Our work is not guaranteed to alter atmospheric conditions, but it certainly may help.  

Here we are in the thick of a project in Wethersfield, CT. The removal of your old roof can be quite the ordeal, but we keep the mess to a minimum with closely placed tarps. Our finished product, with Owens Corning Duration Estate shingles, turned out perfectly. The only thing we leave behind is a great looking, long lasting roof.  

The Klaus Larsen 'Roof Your Neighborhood' campaign provides an opportunity for neighbors to purchase in bulk, and receive discounted material prices on their roofing projects. Houses are often built in communities around the same time, and begin to deteriorate and need improvement at the same rate as well. This homeowner in Wethersfield, CT received a discount, and the kind of top notch roofing system that only Klaus Larsen can provide.

For this Wethersfield, CT project we tore off the existing roofing materials to be recycled. All debris was meticulously cleaned up, including nails which were picked up by a magnetic roller. In order to create a full moisture barrier, we installed three rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water shield in addition to Synthetic Underlayment. This is a durable, tear-resistant material engineered to repel water and adhere to the roofing surface. We finished the project by installing a Copper Cat Algae Terminator on the rear roof above the porch. This double-sided copper strip prevents any growth of algae, moss or mold.
