This 3-family home located in Hartford, CT was in desperate need of a full roof replacement. There were problems with the home and leaks coming from the roof. To resolve this issue, we completely stripped the existing roof and replaced 10 sheets of damaged plywood decking. Then, we laid down Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water to protect the home from the outside elements. For shingles, we installed Owens Corning Oakridge Shingles in the color Estate Gray. To prevent leaks around the chimney we removed and replaced the flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing.
