Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This 3-family home located in Hartford, CT was in desperate need of a full roof replacement. There were problems with the home and leaks coming from the roof. To resolve this issue, we completely stripped the existing roof and replaced 10 sheets of damaged plywood decking. To prevent leaks around the chimney we removed and replaced the flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing. This homeowner can now face the winter worry-free.

At this late 1960's home in Madison, CT we replaced the roof and replaced the flashing along the chimney with new lead flashing. We then laid down ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment. This durable, tear-resistant material is engineered to repel water and to adhere to the roofing surface. To ensure proper ventilation to the attic we put in a new VentSure Ridge Vent. These homeowners can now face winter worry-free.

We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys as well as new gray asphalt shingles. Lastly, we removed all existing chimney flashing and replaced it with brand new lead flashing. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
