Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This ranch-style home in Madison, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roof material, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed flashing tape to all joints on the entire roof deck, in accordance with the new building code requirements. We also installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Weatherwood. Lastly, we removed and replaced chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This was a project from 2013, that brought us to Wethersfield, Connecticut. Before this home had a Klaus Larsen roof, the day was gloomy and bleak. Here we are in the thick of a project in Wethersfield, CT. The removal of your old roof can be quite the ordeal, but we keep the mess to a minimum with closely placed tarps. The only thing we leave behind is a great looking, long lasting roof.
