This small colonial home in Cobalt, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We started off this project by tearing away and disposing of one layer of asphalt roofing. Next, we installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment to protect the home from rain and snow.
