This duplex in Glastonbury was on the market and the owner was in the process of selling it. The roof, however, had 3-tab shingles that were old and had been patched with tar several times already. We replaced the old roof with new Owens Corning Duration shingles, replaced the chimney flashing, and vent boots. On top of all that, we remove and reinstalled the lightning rod system that was attached to the roof.
