Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home in East Hampton, CT was experiencing significant leaking and was in need of immediate attention. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then taped all roof deck joints with flashing tape, in accordance with the new building codes. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. Lastly, we removed and replaced the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing to further protect against water penetration. This house is now safe and secures thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
