Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This 1986 sq. foot home in Manchester, CT reached out to Klaus Larsen for a roof replacement. After replacing damaged plywood decking with new plywood and tearing off one layer of existing materials, the Klaus Larsen crew got the work. Three rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield was installed along with the Owens Corning ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment which repels water and sticks to the roof's surface. Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles, in the color of Onyx Black, were used. Every inch of this home has protection, we promise!

This colonial with an attached garage in Manchester, CT was built in 1928. After the existing roofing materials were torn off, the damaged plywood decking was replaced. Three rows of  Ice & Water shield was installed along with Underlayment that is engineered to repel water and adhere to the roof. A ridge Vent was installed, along with ProEdge Hip and Ridge shingles. The old chimney flashing was removed and replaced with new, copper flashing.

We then installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. Lastly, we removed and replaced all flashing around the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
