This 2001 Colonial-style home has been rejuvenated with a new Klaus Larsen roofing system! They had one layer of their existing roof torn off, as well as five layers of damaged plywood decking replaced. They then had three rows of Ice & Water barrier installed near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed in the color Quarry Grey. For the new shingles, the IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Brownstone, which come with a 130MPH wind warranty and are algae-resistant, give David peace of mind against weather damage and premature aging. In addition, we installed a specialized flat roofing Polyglass roof membrane on the flatter section, designed to withstand water pooling and keep water out.
